Shipping

Free standard shipping inside the United States. Standard ground delivery, typically 3 to 7 business days from order to doorstep.

Priority shipping upgrade available at checkout for $4.99 if you want faster processing and 2 to 3 day delivery.

Order processing. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed when the order leaves the fulfillment center. The link is also on your order confirmation page.

International shipping. Most NOCTYVA products ship US-only at this stage because our fulfillment partner is US-based. The NOCTYVA Blue Light Blocking Glasses ship internationally; supplement products do not yet. International availability is expanding.

Returns

30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product is not what you expected, email support@noctyva.net within 30 days of delivery. We refund the order. Open bottles are fine. The risk is on us, not on you.

How to request a return. Email support with your order number. We send a prepaid return shipping label. Ship the product back. Refund is processed when the package is scanned by the carrier, not on receipt at the warehouse.

Refund timing. Refunds post to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of return scan.

Defective or damaged on arrival. Email a photo to support within 7 days of delivery. We replace the item, no return shipment needed.
