Shipping policy

NOCTYVA ships within the United States only at this time. Orders placed on noctyva.net are fulfilled from our US warehouse.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping methods and delivery time
Standard US Ground delivery: 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.
Express options may be available at checkout depending on your delivery address.

Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $35.
Flat rate of $5 for US orders under $35.
Express rates calculated at checkout.

International shipping
NOCTYVA does not ship internationally at this time. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Tracking
A tracking number is included in every shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, contact scott@noctyva.net.

Lost or damaged shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact scott@noctyva.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Wrong address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping fees may apply.
